What three words would the students use to describe your teaching style? Engaging, Respectful, Challenging.
How would you describe your relationships with students? I always hold our students to high standards, but I also encourage them along the way by building in opportunities for small success. I try to set high reasonbale standards and be demanding. I always see the potential in all students and expect the best from them. I am clear and firm about my expectations from day one.
Do you have a favorite lesson or project to teach? I always tell my students that geometry is easier than algebra. In most cases you are given a figure and you have to fill in the blanks. Graphical representation of math problems seems to be better understood by the students.
What do you like about teaching SAT/ACT/PSAT? Simply put, I just love the fact that I can contribute and help my students reach their goals to get into various colleges and universities. I always do my best to raise their scores.
What’s the best thing about teaching at Chris Trudeau? I love the fact that we always aim to have small-size classes so that we can give the individual attention necessary to each student. This type of atmosphere contributes to building a more friendly and open interaction between the students and me. There is really no place like it in the area!
Is there a lasting lesson you hope students take from your classes? One proverb says, "Studying grows old, life grows old, and there is still three-tenths of studying left to do." It means that no matter how old you are, there is still more studying left to do. I want my students to understand that knowledge is a continuous process that never ends. They should strive to enhance their knowledge after leaving my classroom and mainly after conquering the SAT exam.

Is there a lasting lesson you hope students take from your classes? It may sound cliché, but I hope that students realize that “Practice” does indeed make “Perfect.” I take pride in watching students’ score soar, as it is the direct result of hard work and tons of practice!
